The neat and pretty girl at my new school is a childhood friend I played with, thinking she was a boy, and it is from this misunderstanding that a tender school romance about growing up and honesty begins. The main character moves to a new city, hoping to start life from scratch, but on the very first day he meets an ideal excellent student with impeccable manners and unexpectedly recognizes her as his noisy partner in childhood adventures. The problem is that as a child he was sure that this was a boy, and now he does not understand how to behave correctly with a person whom he remembers from stick fights and secret hideouts. The heroine is also in no hurry to explain the past, because she likes the new image, but old habits break through in the funniest moments. The series is built on awkward situations, warm friendships and the gradual realization that true intimacy begins where the roles stop.
